Who we are

Pitch and Profit is run by Michal Hajdo, trading as Dev Hajdo. Postal address: 50 Robert Street, Dudley, DY3 2AY. Email: devhajdo@gmail.com.

Using the app

Pitch and Profit helps you work out whether a craft fair was worth it. You can use it without an account, in which case everything is saved only on your phone. A free account backs your data up and lets you use it on more than one phone.

You must be 18 or over to use the app. Keep your email account secure: anyone who can read your email can sign in as you.

Please don't use the app for anything unlawful, try to get at other people's data, or interfere with the service.

It's a guide, not advice

Pitch and Profit's numbers and verdicts are a guide to help you decide which fairs to rebook. They're only as good as what you put in, and they aren't financial, accounting or tax advice. For tax, talk to an accountant or see HMRC's guidance.

Free and Pro

The free plan keeps up to 3 fairs at a time, with every report card and your stats for those fairs. Pro costs £3.99 a month or £39.99 a year, including VAT, and keeps unlimited fairs, so your league table and stats cover your whole season, plus spreadsheet export.

Pro is sold to you by Stripe, which acts as the reseller (merchant of record). Stripe's terms apply to the purchase itself, including VAT, receipts, refunds and your right to cancel within 14 days. We won't promise you anything different from them.

Pro renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Settings, in two taps. When it ends, nothing is deleted: fairs over the free limit become read-only.

Your data

Your data is yours. You can download it or delete your account at any time. How we handle it is explained in our privacy notice.

If something goes wrong

We work hard to keep the app running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. Back up with a free account if your fairs matter to you.

We're not responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, or for business losses such as lost profit. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility where the law doesn't allow it to be limited, including your rights as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

If we make a change that matters, we'll tell you in the app and by email at least 30 days before it applies. If you don't agree, you can stop using the app and delete your account.

The law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring a claim in your own country's courts.
